Different estates will require different types of appraised values explained by an attorney or accountant. It can be difficult to find out on your own which type of appraisal your estate will need but don’t worry we can help. Divorce 

For the most part, there are two options:


1. Both parties move out, sell the home, and divide the proceeds

2. One party stays and buys out the other for their share of the home’s equity.

PMI Removal 

Your PMI can be canceled if you have reached 20% of your home’s equity in any of the following scenarios:

If, for instance, your home value has increased from when you took out your mortgage, you might discover that your equity has breached this criteria of 20%.
